Please read our terms carefully before making a purchase:
1. No Refunds (Paisa Wapas Nahi Hoga - *Except Out of Stock)
We follow a strict No-Refund Policy. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned for a cash refund under normal circumstances. We only offer exchanges for defective products.

Special Exception (Out of Stock): If you have returned a defective product for an exchange and that specific item has gone Out of Stock, we will issue a full refund for your purchase. This refund amount will be automatically credited to your original payment source or bank account within 10 to 15 working days.
2. Exchange Valid Only for Defective/Damaged Products

No Size Exchanges: Since a detailed size chart is provided for every product on our website, we do not accept exchanges or returns for size-related issues. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Defective Pieces Only: Exchange is only applicable if you receive a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or the wrong item.
3. Mandatory 7-Day Window & Unboxing Video
To claim an exchange for a defective product, you must fulfill the following criteria:

7-Day Limit: You must report the defect within 7 days of receiving the product.

Unboxing Video Rule: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the very beginning of opening the courier parcel. The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.

Without a clear, unedited unboxing video, no exchange request will be entertained.

5. Verification & Free Reverse Shipping

Our quality check team will thoroughly verify your unboxing video and email/WhatsApp request.

Once your request is verified and approved, the company will bear all the shipping expenses for the pickup and replacement.

The item to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
