Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your favorite outfits safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing Time (Dispatch)

  • All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and national holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer 100% Free Shipping across India on all orders.

  • There is no minimum order value or hidden conditions to avail of free shipping.

  • Please Note: Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We only accept prepaid orders through UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking.

3. Delivery Timelines & Locations

  • We deliver to almost all locations across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping (outside of India).

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will take a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 10 to 15 days to reach your doorstep, depending on your location.

  • Rural Areas Exception: In rare cases, if our delivery partners cannot service a specific rural or remote pin code, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such events, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment source.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number and link to your registered Email and WhatsApp number.

  • You can easily track the real-time status of your parcel by visiting our delivery partner's official website using the provided tracking details.

5. Important Message Upon Delivery (Must Read)

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: We strictly advise all customers to start recording a continuous, unedited video before opening the parcel.

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, this unboxing video is mandatory to claim a free exchange. Without a clear video starting from the sealed package, exchange requests cannot be processed.
